Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the EyeNSpect website and the property inspection services we provide.

1. Who we are

EyeNSpect provides licensed residential and commercial property inspection services in Texas. References to "EyeNSpect," "we," "us," or "our" mean EyeNSpect and its inspectors. You can reach us at hello@eyenspect.com or 817-893-6861.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited communications. Content on this site — including text, images, and branding — belongs to EyeNSpect and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Inspection services

Inspections are performed in accordance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice. A written inspection agreement is provided for every engagement and, together with the inspection report, governs the scope, limitations, and terms of that specific inspection. Nothing on this website modifies those documents.

An inspection is a visual, non-invasive review of the readily accessible conditions of a property at the time of the inspection. It is not a warranty or guarantee of future performance, and it does not identify conditions that are concealed, latent, or that develop after the inspection date.

4. Scheduling and payment

Inspections may be requested through our customer portal, by phone, or by email. A request is confirmed once we accept it and, where applicable, payment or a deposit is received. Fees are quoted before the inspection is performed; applicable taxes are additional. Cancellation or rescheduling terms are described in the inspection agreement.

5. Reports

Inspection reports are prepared for the exclusive use of the client named in the inspection agreement. Reports may be shared with parties the client designates (for example, a real estate agent or lender), but they may not be reproduced or relied upon by others without our written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeNSpect's liability arising from the website or from an inspection is limited to the terms of the applicable inspection agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and nothing on this website should be treated as professional advice on which you rely without an executed inspection agreement.

7. Third-party links

This website links to third-party sites, including our customer portal and the TREC Consumer Protection Notice. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies to your use of the website. Changes to inspection services are governed by the inspection agreement in effect for that engagement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.
